Can I order over a phone call?

Yes, you can order over phone either by making a direct call to number mentioned in contact us section or you can log in to C2 Online Shopping Mall application and click on Support section.

Can I change my delivery address?

You can change your delivery address before confirming the order. Once you have processed the order, delivery address can’t be changed.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing the order. After 3 hours order can’t be cancelled & customer needs to pay for billed amount and applicable delivery charges.
